We buy properties primarily in the Upstate and Midlands regions of South Carolina.  On occasion we will go into western NC or northern GA.  If you have property in other states we can certainly purchase there as well, but generally these would be with sellers with which we have established relationships.

We buy single-family residences, townhomes, condos, mobile homes, vacant land, and multi-family residences such as duplexes and triplexes.

Yes.  We can take over existing tenants.

The primary considerations are the location, the condition of the home, and recent nearby comparable sales.  If there are liens on the property, those will also need to be factored into the equation.

We prefer to view properties before making offers, however, generally make offers within 48 hours of that viewing.

We usually can close within 10-30 days.
